PT Ultimate renewal update - NO Complete Plugin Bundle
 
I updated my PT Ultimate annually and its all fine with Pro Tools itself. Its been updated both in my Avid Account and in the ILM.
However I didn't receive my 12 month Avid Complete Plug-ins Bundle.
I tried to contact Avid Customer Care...but its support is slightly unprofessional.
Back and forth but its been almost a week and they can't solve this issue....asking for the same screen shots (I already sent) and with copy/paste responses.

I had the same issue a year ago and I simply gave up and bought for $49.99 the same product.

If someone is able / willing to help me with this matter, my support case is: 03835500

For me the DUC always been and is the place for meeting great pros and as s source of valuable information. The FB Avid users group doesn’t come close to it. Partly because of lack of any responsibility nature of the FB in a first place.

My vote goes to Jeffro! Lets make Avid Digidesign again;-)

Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle not renewing
 
I just renewed my ProTools Ultimate Annual Upgrade and Support license through a local reseller and successfully applied the code. So ProTools Upgrade and Support is active till 22 Dec 2020 but my Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle is still indicating it will expire on 22 Dec 2019.
As it is part of the Upgrade and Support Licence for PT and PT Ultimate what the hell is going on?

The expiration date for a subscription license (like the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle) doesn't refresh until just before the original expiration. We'll get the Licensing FAQ updated since that still just refers to the Pro Tools HD Plan license.
