quicktime server.exe has stopped working

This message appears in a popup each time I close PT, since 12.4 upgrade installed on my Win7 PC. PT does run normally, I just would like to get rid of popup, if anyone has suggestions.

I'm having this issue with Pro Tools 11 and Windows 7. Did anyone find a solution?
