PT 2018 compatibility with Digi 003

I'm still using a Digi 003 which I'm fine with except that it stopped being supported after PT 12.7.1. I'm wondering if anyone has gotten it to work with PT 2018.

Mac Mini late 2012 SSD startup and media drives, Mac OS 10.11.6, Pro Tools 12.7.1, Digi 003, Octopre MK II, Mackie Big Knob, Waves Gold 9, RX6 Advanced

My Digi 003 is still working excellent here with PT2018. Specs in my signature.

Did you need to do anything 'special' to get it working with PT2018.3?

I’m on Windows 7, PT2018.3 and digi003 with no new issues since upgrading from PT12.4. One day will probably need to update to Windows10...!
Didn’t need to drop anything special to get it working. 2018.4 didn’t work, but 2018.3 did. Apparently installing 2018.4 over the top might work. Might try 2018.7 too

Well but what Driver use in case if 003 has a Driver only for Sierra 10.12. Available ?

Re: PT 2018 compatibility with Digi 003

I've been using a Digi003 rack+ for a couple of years. I plugged it in after my Focusrite interface died, expecting it to be an emergency measure, but it's been completely reliable. Of course, I don't record on my system at the moment so all I need is the outputs. But I did use the inputs the other day when checking out a used mixing desk I bought and they're fine too, although the input levels seem to be a bit arbitrary.

I have Avid 003 Family 11.1.5 in my System Preferences.

I'm just about to install a major hardware upgrade so the 003 is being retired - but it's served me well in the meantime.

Macbook Pro late 2015, 16GB RAM, High Sierra 10.13.6, Pro Tools Ultimate 2018.12

Update: I just switched over from the Macbook to a Mac Pro 6,1 by cloning the hard drive. The 003 is still working fine as far as I can see.
