License on hold! Help!

I am going crazy with tis as well. My perpetual license is on hold, I updated the payment method in a timely fashion, still nothing, updated and updated. Support suggested I buy a new license which i did for a year, but I need my original perpetual license and support plan with the original system ID back, I don't want a year of no upgrade and support. I need a full refund for my latest purchase and my account to be made active.
I have called numerous times, just get the runaround. I have had a pro tools license for over 15years and I need it everyday for my job. PLEASE HELP.

Re: License on hold! Help!

Will escalate your case, but in the meantime... you have a perpetual (non-expiring) license with a Release Limit in Dec 2021 so you should not be blocked from running Pro Tools. Please make sure you have deactivated any other expired licenses and Close Your Cloud Session (in iLok License Manager) to prevent conflicts.

Thank you so much!! First bit of good news all day;)
So now I wait for a real resolution regarding the "on hold" situation?

Much appreciated
