Counter display blank when opening session

For some unknown reason, after I needed to use a backup/recovered session, when the session is loaded, it doesn't display the timecode in the Control 24's display window until i hit "play". It's only doing it on this recovered session. I tried reloading the Control 24 via ethernet but that didn't change anything.

Any ideas on how to fix this so the timecode displays?? Thanks!

Resolved. Trashed PT Prefs.

It's been awhile but I need to reopen this. It still occurs sporadically.

Is this a known bug with 7.4.2?? Anyone have this happen with their setup?
