Paused Tasks

All of a sudden out of nowhere when I open my PT files I get a list of "Paused Tasks", five or six of them, which read "Synchronizing Fade files" or "Synchronizing Audio Files" or "Synchronizing Blues Two", etc.........
Anyone have ANY idea what is going on here?
