I have same problem with my Cloud Collaboration invitation.
When I try invited one user, this message occurs:
The project is full. no more contacts can be invited.
But my project it's empty - not used for no one.
I contacted avid support but they is not solved.
This problem occurs with my 3 macintosh systems with Perpetual plan version and others and with my friend (windows user system with the version First).
So I thought... This not only happens to me.
I never conquest share ony project with invited option... since the release this problema stay with me and the updates not solved anything.
More people has going through this?
Plis, help me if you can.

I have the same problem! I signed in and out, restarted PT, tried with a different Computer. It's always the same.

I currently run Pro Tools 12.5. When I try to invite a friend to join me on a project I always get:"The Project is already full. No more contacts can be invited."
I've not invited a single contact.
My friend ist running Pro Tools first.


Please help!

I solved the problem when I bought the cloud plan.
with avid it's always like that: You Pay, You Play!
Everything works now!

In all the versions the problem it's the same.

Do you know that there is a paid cloud plan?
The Free plan not works never for me.
