I have a question about Avid Cloud Collaboration’s “fully customizable metadata tagging”

Has it similar watermarking and digital signing, with unique watermarks embedded into every audio file copy delivered to each individual recipient, as offered by TrustedAudio?

I read a bit more:

TrustedAudio offer:
(1) IP download count
(2) Private or Public Track Signing
“Tracks can be signed:
• Privately - only the file owner can retrieve and see the hidden signature
• Publicly – anyone, even without TA registration, can authenticate an audio track using database and retrieve publicly visible information contained in the digital signature”



How does Avid’s Cloud Collaboration security compare with TrustedAudio?
I realise it will have to be as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar to appease the Big League.
