Started thinking about different ways to off myself after the 3 min mark.
Lots of good options as I found out :D |

In the 60’s, we used to pool our money and import albums from Portals to Music, Stonestown Shopping Center (San Francisco's first shopping mall).
The Aussie pressings from that era were vastly inferior – and the imports’ artwork was superior. We’d gather to listen and pour over the liner notes, devouring any bit of info that made us feel like we belonged to this magic. That’s why I was delighted to find all this extra explanatory info coupled with Bob Dylan’s lyrics. Making every line & every phrase count just got elevated. It’s a great way to help people learn and remember your lyrics. |

The stupidest marketing mistake ever made was not using a 12" digital disk. It showed that the suits didn't have a clue about what their customers actually did with an album.

Locked down for the good of all! States and territories across Australia bring in heavy penalties for those who break the strict social distancing rules announced by the Federal Government last night. This is more understandable than Googling “The President Is Trapped”. Saw this last week: We can't go to gigs, so these Aussie artists are bringing gigs to us https://www.abc.net.au/doublej/music...certs/12067228 |
