Cannot purchase Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle. HELP!
 

Hello,

I have been attempting to purchase the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle 1-month subscription through the Avid Store. I have created an Avid account. I have an iLok and have created an iLok account. I add the month's subscription to my cart, authorize Avid to access my iLok, verified my billing info, and enter my card number/exp./***. Yes, I am putting in the correct numbers. The page just refreshes, asking me to re-input my CVC number. And when I do so and click enter, it just refreshes again.

When I tried with Paypal, i get to the Submit Order page, but upon clicking it it gives me an error message "Payment processing failed, try again". Tried refreshing the cart, same problem. How can I subscribe to the plug-in bundle????

Hello, welcome to the community.

First thing would be try again because there are sometimes strange flukes in net connections between online stores and banks. If it is a Debit type card which need to be authorised in realtime (not a Credit type card) then it is more vulnerable to these issues that are out of our control.

Second would be making sure the card itself works. I'm sure it does, but it has happened you have gone over your credit limit not realising that and wondering why the payment is denied.

Third, I'll escalate this for the supermods so maybe someone will contact you in a timely fashion. Avid should want to take your money, not a problem there :cool:

Also try another web browser like chrome or similar. Worked for others.

False alarm! I'm so sorry, I did not realise getting the Pro Tools Subscription would sub me to the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle as well, and I'm pretty sure that's why I had problems with purchasing it to my iLok account. Thank you and dearest apologies for the inconvenience!
