Where's the scrub tool?

Found myself stuck at home from the studios due to Covid, where we have full PT HD systems, and wanted to do some simple editing, and downloaded PT First to see how it operates and if I could work off a small PC Think Pad.
I got the system running, no external storage drive, so I guess the cloud is where my little session is.
I was just wondering where the scrub wheel is, or there isn't such a feature in this freebie?
Anything else I should know about his, I'd appreciate some insight from users.
Also, any free effects available from third parties or is this closed source only to Avid stuff?
Much Appreciated., other

See the screen shot for the scrub tool. This assumes you are showing all the tools(via the small down arrow in the upper right corner of the EDIT window). F9 also toggles it on, if PTF has it.

Having said that, there may well be limitations on what tools are available in PTF(I don't use it). PTF is also limited on 3rd party plugins(only what you buy thru the AVID store is likely to work). Given you are used to HD systems, PTF is likely to leave you groaning, complaining and frustrated. Maybe consider seeing if you can buy a second hand license for the regular version or see if its possible to rent a license for a few months until the Covid thing passes:o

Here's a screen shot, if someone knows where it's hiding, I'd welcome the
info.
Thanks

If F9 doesn't give it to you, then I'd say PTF doesn't have it(along with so many other things that make PTF about useless to most of us):o
