AVB Bug Fixed in OSX 10.13.2?
I noticed a claim on another manufacturer's website that Apple finally fixed the AVB clocking issue in OSX 10.13.2 released December 6, 2017. Can anyone confirm that?

Don't confirm. High Sierra currently has issues. At the same time it looks like latest Sierra has improvements, but this is still to be fully confirmed.

Just checked this now, 10.13.3 is better for sure, but still has issues.

Interesting Ryan... Better how if you don't mind me asking? What issues are still present?

Re: AVB Bug Fixed in OSX 10.13.2?
Well the issue is OS X providing clock to the system. What it sounds like is pops and clicks. On earlier versions of Sierra and High Sierra, it’s been completely unusable and just sounds like clicking constantly. On this newest version the clicking is less frequent and less intrusive. It’s still a problem, just “less bad”

Got it. Good info. Thank you. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed they fix it completely. It's getting to the point where I need to upgrade OSX for other software compatibility...

I can confirm that 10.13.3 continues to have clicking and popping issues with AVB to the S3L-X. I've tested both a Late-2013 MacPro and a Late-2015 15-inch MacBook Pro.
