Pro Tools First stops loading
 

When I launch PTF it stops after initializing with white screen(Signing in to your Avid account). I X that to continue,scans for plug ins, initializes audio and midi engine then shows the Dash board that is inactive. I X that, try to start New Project and fail at opening Old Project too. Try to sign in and get ( must be connected to internet).
I have deactivated and reactivated in my Ilok account. Uninstalled and reinstalled ver. 2019.6.
OS win 10 3.4 Ghz. processor 24 gigs Ram. core 7 intel.
