Works fine with me; you may find that Bluetooth becomes unusable; it's a known bug according to Apple Service. Solution is to do a SMC reset, which worked for me.

Hmm. My Application Manager is not working. It does not seem to initialize properly and does not sign in. It could be due to OSX 10.13.4 or Application Manager 2018.2. I updated both recently so don't know which is the cause. If I were to guess, it is Application Manager 2018.2.

Ok. So since my Application Manager 2018.2 won't start, I don't get notification about Application Manager 2018.3 (and don't get to download and install it). Where do I get the updated Application Manager as I don't see it in my account downloads?

Thanks for the link. I deleted my Application Manager, downloaded the new version and installed. It still says "Application Manager is unable to connect to Avid servers.
