Wanting to upgrade to PT Ultimate
 

Hello,

I currently have PT12 Native. Wanted to upgrade to PT Ultimate 2020.

If anyone can reach out and give me a quote on quote shopping list of requirements I need to upgrade please let me know. Examples including which Mac Pro along with a processing speed, graphics card and IO.

I think you would be best served by speaking to someone at a distributer/retailer that puts systems together. There are a lot of options based on what type of work you are doing. Vintage King and Sweetwater come to mind.

You may need to be more specific.

You can upgrade to Ultimate right now with your current system and it will work fine, since your non-Ultimate version is working fine. Just like non-Ultimate, it will work with various brands of interfaces, or the built in output, etc. It will just give you the extra features it contains.

Now if you're looking to upgrade to a Protools HD system with hardware and everything, then as was mentioned, you may want to talk to a dealer. There are still many different variations you can do.
