Not paying for more cloud space until removing projects works properly

I have no projects in my cloud space and let my 10 gig subscription run out. I want to renew for more space but why can't the Avid cloud remove projects properly? I've got NO projects in the cloud now but 422 MB is used??
Oh yeah, I'm NOT going to piss away $99 for a support subscription to fix this one issue since this is a screw up on their end. Why do I have to pay for that???? Screen shot attached |

Please contact Avid support. There really isn't anything you can do on your end, so they will have to clear the project.
