Quicktimes Itunes update

So, I am updating Itunes to its latest format and it says that it needs quick time 7.4. The last time that I updated to 7.4 I had to go back down versions otherwise it broke PT7. What do I do?

What version are you on? If you want t0 be able to playback quicktime movies using core audio and your digi hardware don't go past 7.2.
