Splitting Stereo to Mono In SE

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to split a stereo file into mono in Pro Tools SE. You can do it quickly and easily in all other Pro Tools platforms. Anyone know?

Hi,

How about creating 2 mono tracks and then dragging the audio into the mono tracks?
