Help| Selling My Pro Tool
Hi !
I want to sell and transfer my Pro Tools 12 to another user, in order for that to happen I followed the instruction from this PDF - http://resources.avid.com/SupportFiles/Avid_Audio_TOO_Form_2017.pdf So I bought an ASC so that I could submit the form from the PDF. I'v tried to enter the code here - avid.force.com/ASC . but it didn't work, basically it didn't responded at all. Now I'm stock with an ASC that doesn't work and no idea on how to transfer correctly my Pro Tools 12. Please HELP. |

I am in the same situation. I just purchased a $39.99 ASC code for Pro Tools, and it shows up in my 'products' as '1 call for support'. I enter the code shown at www.avid.force.com/ASC and nothing happens.
Someone please help? |

I had a case inquiring which ASC product to buy, which is now closed. I have since purchased the $39.95 Pro Tools support code, but the code supplied to me does not work, as stated above. I want to submit a transfer of ownership, but am unable to because when I enter the ASC code, the web page just refreshes back to the same screen asking for my support code. There is no error message saying the code is wrong, and I am 100% sure it is correct, as it is shown in 'my products' in my Avid account. Thanks! Glenn |

Any way you can start a case for me? The link above does not work as intended. This is extremely frustrating. Appreciate any help you can give.
