Reinstalled PT12. Still crashing when creating or opening a session.
 

Tried all the usual trash preferences, etc. Finally reinstalled PT12 and at startup, whether I create a new session or try to open an existing one, Protools quits. What else should I look at? This is a 4 year old iMac running El Capitan. Should I reinstall my OS? This is a friend’s system I’m troubleshooting remotely.
