Subscription License expired

MY subscription is on auto renew with billing details, expired 2 days before renewal date.
Had to borrow an ilok to do a session.

Why did you need to borrow an ilok when the license just keep working as perpetual license after expiration!?

my guess is Plug Ins.... subscription expires = Plugins no more

It didn't keep working. It's only ever been a subscription license, not a perpetual.

Do you have an Annual or Monthly subscription? I couldn't find either in the Avid account that uses the email address you have up here. Please either update your community email to match your account with the subscription, or...
