Help with 12hd upgrade plan from perpetual licence 10/11/12
 

Please help. My license seems weird on avid. Doesnt match my ilok account now. What do i need to do to get the 12hd upgrade plan?

Also if If I go to activate product subscription on my avid account it is asking for a download code... ? From an activation card. I didnt purchase a subscription card.

Well. My system id is now populated. Not sure how that happened. But my ilok id is still not on the support plan license. So if i click upgrade all it says is i need an ilok id. My ilok name is already linked to my avid account.

I've got the same question. On my friend's ilok account it shows up as: Pro Tools HD 10/11/12 non-upgrade plan (6)

I emailed tech support. They said my account is messed up. Will takes a long time to fix they said... wow.
