I've passed 101 & 110 courses and exams - How do i get the User certificate?

Nothing shows in my account. If I try to take the 110 exam it says I passed but there isn't any prompt or link in my account for the USER Certificate. Is there another USER cert exam i have to take?

Trying to get a job and the certificate is helpful.

Have you contacted your instructor? Also check your junk mail, you should have received emails that you started, completed, and passed your exams.

Thanks Edward! Yes I did reach out to my instructor. It seems my situation is unique. I took the courses and passed the exams online 10 years ago. At that time it was required that the User Exam be proctored, and there wasn't a facility nearby where I could sit for the exam. Nowadays, once you pass the Avid PT 110 exam the the User Certification is triggered automatically, no additional exam.

So, I'm in this minor purgatory trying to figure out how to either:

a) get Avid to trigger the Certification
or
b) find a facility where I can sit for an exam that won't cost me fortune in travel and tuition.
