Problem with TL Space Native
 

I bought the Music Production Toolkit, and I found a problem with TL Space Native.
When I open this plugin from the insert list, in the TL Space window there are non images, only the message "NO IMAGES AVAILABLE", and some preset doesn't sound. Althought in the installation folder of Trillium Lane there are all images and presets; I just can't load all presets and images inside Pro Tools' session.
Anyone can help me?
