Update to PT 7 email confirmation

I just got the 002R, registered it on line. I got the Pt6.9.2 with the system. How to I get the free upgrade? I am supposed to get an email telling me how, but 2 weeks gone by and nothing. I want to go to the store I got it from but I am out of town and wanting to try the PT7

can anyone tell me about the process?

Did you register the hardware and software. I had only registered the software and never received my email. So I contacted them and they figured out I hadn't registered my hardware. So I registered it and they sent me an email within a couple of hours.
