C24 Stuck Fader
 

Anyone have any advice? On my control 24 #4 fader sticks all the way to the top with a clicking sound when i launch a session any session. If i pull it down no more audio on that channel. By the way it has the new power supply. [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

With the new 'switching' power supply Digi provides new fader cards. I'd start by rechecking the connections for those cards.

Even simpler, call Digi, I'm sure they'll have you replace the fader. It's no big deal, motor faders sometimes break. I've already replaced one and my surface is less than a year. Mine was free (waranty) but it's only $31 or so for the fader.

If I were you, I'd get two in case of emergency.
