Where is my LE 7.4 upgrade??
 

Hey everyone,
I run LE 7.4, which i did a couple of years ago (approx) as upgrade from 6.7 (maybe a 7.1 or something in between). I did it via digi online store. i even have the validation code still written down.
So now I have new laptop and installing on there with my mbox. So i have the disk for 6.7, and loaded that onto the new laptop ... but want to bump it up to 7.4 like on my desktop with the digi002. But the software upgrade is not in my digi account that i can see.
Anyone have any ideas?

Your account is with Avid now. View order history, and there's a pulldown menu that goes by year. Select the year you purchased your upgrade and it should be there. If it isn't, contact Avid.

appreciate it! I found it, just as you outlined. that was issue, didn't see the pulldown for YEAR, so it wasn't showing.
