Can't connect to other artists using Avid Link Find Talent
 

I submitted a support case for this like the error message instructed me to do but was told that they don't provide support for free products and that I should post it here. So I trying to connect with another artist using Avid Link Find Talent and got an error that says to contact support. The code is 137005960. Any suggestions on how to get past this?
