Elevenrack not recognized on Windows 7
 

I installed the Elevenrack driver. I also tried installing the updated driver from the internet.

My control panel doesn't show the Elevenrack as an Audio device.

Protools 10 does not see it either.

I have updated Windows.

I tried a new USB cable.

I have uninstalled the drivers AND Protools and did reinstalls.

I am stumped.
