Cancelling subscription
I am having an issue with Protools 2019. I bought it yesterday but cannot activate it. So I am closing off my subscription and deleting the software. I have already turned off auto renew.

Deleting Avid accounts
I am requesting to have my Avid Account deleted. I am having too many issues with the activation and registration processes. I am no longer interested. My email address is [email protected]

That is not the case. I did not get an activation code. I crossgraded from a perpetual license which expired in 2016 to a yearly subscription paid monthly. It is showing as active. But i cannot activate the software.

Can anyone tell me how to go about activating Protools 2019? I did a cross grade but I cannot activate the software. Where does the activation code come from and how are they deposited in your ilok?
