So, I'm Shorty, I own and operate my own joint in Minneapolis.
Tornado came thru on Sunday and totaled my studio.
Times have been tough. Cash flow. Good at times, bad at others.
Under-Insured, so even after insurance and salvage, losing about $40k.

Man I am praying for you man. This has to be a dagger in your heart. this is not just a workplace, this is home! This is the place you might even love better than home. It is terrible that this has happend. I know if I was in the same situation I would be lost. Be strong man, and let us know the progress. Maybe put progress pics up man. Would definitely heal a broken heart.

Holy crap, sorry to hear this Shorty... Just seeing this post now. I knew the tornadoes hit the north side but for some reason I thought it wasn't that close to the river. Hopefully everything is alright. Give me a call sometime.

Oh nooooooooooooooo! I remember your studio. Your spot was one of my favorite looking studios and helped me decide on going with red for the walls. Also, aren't you on the MPC Forums? You did all the crazy mods to your mixer console right? Dude, I'm really sorry to hear man!:(
