iLOK support (Lack of)

Could someone please provide a contact email for iLOK?

How this company manages to neglect basic support for customers is beyond my comprehension.
I am a member of numerous paid sites, and have never seen such a lack of support

From Sweetwater:
https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare...t-iLok-support

Contact iLok support
If your iLok is still not detected, it might not be working properly. If your iLok USB dongle is broken, lost or stolen, you must resolve the issue directly with iLok via their website’s support area. To do so, contact their support team and submit an iLok RMA by following the steps below.
1. Visit iLok’s Support page.
2. Choose either iLok & License Manager Issues to continue troubleshooting or Broken, Lost or Stolen iLoks to submit an RMA.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the support form. Once done, iLok will contact you via the registered email address.

So, iLok’s Support page: https://www.ilok.com/#!support

I realise there are “hoops to jump through” – so, to minimise any hassles, for owners of multiple licenses, I highly recommend paying USD$30 a year for “Zero Downtime, with Theft & Loss Coverage (TLC) activated”

Must add:

If your iLok does get broken, lost or stolen, as well as “Zero Downtime, with Theft & Loss Coverage (TLC) activated”, you’ll also need to have a spare iLok on hand to get up’n running again in the shortest possible time.

Second to none? Are you sure? I spent 10 minutes trying to find a way to talk to someone there and couldn't see it. Could you please attach a screenshot of this support?

Thanks for answering, I've fixed the problem now.

I can't comprehend why a software company would use this technology in 2019. To think that after I spend loads of money on software, that it won't work if I loose that dongle or it breaks somehow, is just bizarre.

And then that company doesn't provide quick support without us paying An EXTRA KIND OF INSURANCE?!!

This isn't NASA.

Thanks for taking the time to post this! The fact there are hoops to jump through speaks volumes - this technology it's lack of support is so out of date.

In also highly recommend the TLC option. It's fast, clean, and easy.

Of course $30 coverage isn't really an insurance but gives you time to get things sorted out without downtime due to missing licenses
