pt10 to 12 need license
 

Hi

I bought a bundled m box pro 3 with pt9 time ago.
I upgraded to pt 10 in 2012

I have ilok 1
I am now on a new iMac 5K and want to upgrade to pt12.
In my ilok manager it says i don't have license for pt10.
Therefore I can't buy the upgrade to pt 12

on avid site under my pt9 and pt 10 it says my ilok is is my phone number, not my hotmail address. Really weird

Please help.

Looks like you solved this already... your account shows a Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle revoked, and a Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) activated to your iLok.
