Audio Vision 4.1 Hardware card revision numbers
 

we are currently installing an AV 4.1 System but we get Stop Hand Error under the Tools, Hardware menu in a few of the cards.
We'd like please to know which are the correct Card revisions for this version of Audiovision.

Hardware cards installed : ABVB, Mac Graphics Card, Disk I/O, DSP Farm, ATTO SCSI, PCI-JANUS

It's hard to tell exactly without knowing the exact error message but my guess is that it has to do with the Atto SCSI Accelorator card.

We have seen this in several cases and there is an easy fix...

There should be a folder on your system called ATTO, inside this folder you should see the EPCI updater. Run this utility and you should be up and running.

we don't get any error messages. I just see stop icon pictures on the hardware dialog box under the Tools menu. I wonder if this is ok ?
