Upgrade a license when upgrade plan is expired

Hi!

I've a PT 12.4 Software license with support and upgrade plan expired since then. Is there any chance to upgrade to the latest version. How can I proceed in order to do it and how much does it costs.

Yes, it would be the Upgrade now option at avid.com/pro-tools/upgrades-and-renewals
