E6L Noisy with hdx fans
 

I've just installed the fan assembly on the 2 hdx card in the E6L engine, and they are noisy, with a high pitch. The whisper quiet engine has become annoying, and it's a drag for theatre plays, as it can be heard like 10 seats around. Is there a way to control the speed of the HDX fans, like the ones that were already there? Or should I enclose the engine in a noise proof box like the ones they put around AC generators?

I've done the system restore to 5.7.1.28.

In 5.7.1 the intent was to get the HDX fans running immediately, they run at full speed. Variable fan speed based on temperature will be coming soon...
