Make a PC data DVD that a PPC G5 will read?
I'm trying to make a DATA DVD of wav files from my PC to import into my PPC G5.
(it's actually a data dvd of a project recorded at another studio on a MIX system that I want to remix on my HD2 system...I'm asumming the Mix system was on a PC as my PC will read the DATA disk but the G5 will not) I copied the disk to my PC and recorded a new DVD DATA disk. My first try created a disk that my MAC wouldn't read(PC would) . I think ROXIO made it UDF. I am making one now in JOLIET. Will it be read? This has to be a common task what am I missing? Beside a few brain cells. Thanks Bryan |

I believe MacDrive will burn a Mac format DVD for you.

thanks sunburst75
After looking around the net it seems macdrive is the best way. Since I've been working on a PC LE system for some time and am now migrating sessions to my MAC G5 HD2 setup I will be needing this alot. Man do I have a lot of backups to redo. Thanks for any further enlightenment on this subject Bryan |
