Get MIDI to work!
 

I have set up FREE with a Yamaha MU50 and a keyboard controller thru a USB interface. I can get FREE to recognize the interface, MU50 and the keyboard. I get signal in the My Studio Test mode which I can hear through the headphones. I can get signal into FREE and even get it to record but I can't hear it in the headphones. I see the signal in FREE but NOT on the MU50. What have I done wrong?!

Also, the patches for the MU50 are only listed 1-128 and I am not getting a separate library ie guitar, drums etc.

First of all, check in OMS Studio Setup if the MU50 is setup to receive MIDI, and on which channel(s). Then check if your keyboard controller is set to receive MIDI. I don't know if this is just a Master Keyboard or a synth of some kind, but if a Master Keyboard is set to receive MIDI, it won't be able to play anything.
At the top right of the instruments list there is a dropdown menu that lets you switch between instrument banks.
