HD Ultimate license transfer waiting time

Sold an Ultimate license the user has an HDX system steaming away for a week not able to work is there anyway to get a temp licenses sent. Its seems to take a long time for a simple transfer.

The user can create or sign in to his/her Avid Master Account, use a valid email address and apply for a 30-day Free Trial of Pro Tools Ultimate:
