Can't find MDW6

I own MDW6 EQ - it's in my plugins folder and the license is in iLok central, but the plugin is not showing up in either the DSP or Native EQ Menu in Pro Tools.

Anybody have any idea what's going on?

What do you mean by iLok central? If it sits on your account it is not activated. Have you activated it on license key or cloud?
