New Subscription - No License
Hi,
I have a new Pro Tools subscription that has been active since November 2 (3 days, so far). I don't see any downloadable resources, namely HEAT or the included subscription plugins, available under Pro Tools in 'My Products.' All I see is 'No download links found.' I also don't have an iLok license in my iLock account for this new subscription. The only thing I DO see in my iLock license list is the 'Pro Tools Plan' that I is set to expire in 3 days.... What is supposed to happen with my new subscription?? I have submitted a ticket to avid, but have heard nothing back. Where is my access to HEAT and the plugins? Help!?!? |

Escalating this to CS to assist. The Pro Tools Plan license simply authorizes Space which was originally included as a bonus with your Upgrade and Support Plan for Pro Tools | Software - it's not related to your new subscription.
