Error During Start Up
 

I receive this error message, "Could not complete your request because Assertion in "..\..\Sys\Win32\Sys_FileLocWin32.cpp", line 633.", whenever I start up Pro Tools. I happens when the Start Up window begins to load plug-ins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and have deleted certain folders some of the "Assertion" problem solution stated might help. If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated. I'm running a self-built computer with Windows 7 32 bit with 4 GB of RAM and 60 GB of hard drive space.
