iLok issue Pro Tools 12
 

I have Pro Tools 12.8 and a 1 year Pro Tools Plan subscription on an iLok.
I installed Pro Tools and the iLok manager, I activated the Pro Tools subscription, typed in the activation code from the associated activation card into avid.com/activationcard.
I figured all I need to do now is open up Pro Tools and select "activate" when prompted and it'll be ready to go.
Instead, I get the notification that, "You don't have any licenses in your account."
I'm absolutely flummoxed and I don't know where I'm going wrong.
Help?

Note that a Pro Tools Plan or Pro Tools HD Plan license simply authorizes bonus plug-ins, you need the Pro Tools Perpetual or Pro Tools Subscription license on your iLok to authorize the Pro Tools app. Can you please try activating that license in iLok License Manager?
