ilok order issue
 
I bought the pro tools monthly subscription and ilok device on 9/17. It's about to be 4 days and I have no tracking information. I went to the website and searched the order number & it says no order history. Which is not true because my card was charged both for the new monthly subscription & for the ilok key plus shipping. I need to know the stats of this. There's no direct number to call. I sent a crap load of emails and no response. I can't use pro tools without that ilok. So I really need this solved.

Welcome to the community.

Your order from 9/17 lists Fed Ex Ground for shipping. I don't have a tracking number for you, but see you have 2 support cases opened today so you should get a response that info very soon.
