Wish List:

lets start it off:

1) better system cpu utilization
2) VST support (I dont like the wrapper because it doesnt work well with everything and it is the undisputed standard)
3) distributive processing (ala system link)
4) more quality plugins like the new eq (beautiful graphic btw)
5) score editing
6) update the gui for the whole program... mixer especially....getting kinda stale
7) did i say VST support.
8) DV toolkit built in... not a 900 dollar option.

add.. this is not really an upgrade issue... I would like to see a PC version of the usb PT keyboard that currently is only for the mac.

I would like to be able to make my selected groups smaller or larger at the mix window and not just the entire set.

IE: You have 10 drums tracks and 6 guitars.... You want to expand the drums to work on, keep the guitars, but make then thin....

That would be a nice feature... old eyes...

I personally would like a bunch of itty bitty things...itty bitty things I've been craving on LE pretty much since it first came out:

(not in any particular order)
1. Export Session as Text (auto generated EDL's rock!)
2. continuous scroll (not important...just pretty)
3. Trim Mode automation (this would be an absolute godsend)
4. Snapshot automation (again, an absolute godsend)
5. stereo track pan linking (a useful little feature)
6. copy to send (headphone mixes made easy...without the need for a multichannel headphone rig)

My biggie request would have to be full-on delay compensation.

Note that ALL of these already exist on TDM systems.

In all honesty though, I'm not really expecting much in the way of LE improvements in the upcoming release. 6.7 is relatively new and was a HUGE step up in "little things" compared to earlier versions of LE.

My big thing is better system performance. With all these new features since 5.3 we have been getting hit very hard on system performance. From 5.3 to 6.7 we have lost up to 15 Davec tracks. I'd like to see PT optimized a bit better before anything elese.

Then when that is done you can add everything on this list over here.
