ILok Licence Inquiry for PT 12 academic [SOLVED]
 

Hello,

On my account I have a "Pro Tools Academic 12.2.1" and am not sure if I can use it with my ilok account.

I don't have any pending activation's on my ilok manager, only PT 9+10, and PT 11 free student upgrade.

Will I able to use Pro Tools 12? as I'm not really sure.

Welcome to the community.

If you did a student purchase when we were including 4 years of releases and qualify for PT12 then you should have received an upgrade in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section of my.avid.com (that would take care of the license upgrade). If you qualify and didn't receive this we can get a support case going to address this.
