Account problem prevents purchasing Arturia V Collection offer

I am currently trying to purchase the Arturia V Collection 50% offer for Pro Tools costumers. But first, I am asked to link my Avid Community Account to my Master Account.
The problem is i cannot even create a Community Account. Everytime I try doing it, it says: There was an error executing your request. Please try again.

I am desperately trying again over and over. The Arturia offer only lasts for a few more hours, please help. :(
