"Error configuring CNTRL|24 Personality" in Pro Tools 10 with Control|24
 

Hi,
I've upgraded to PT10 and never ran the Control 24
on this particular system.

When I scan the Ethernet peripherals, it sees the Control
24 (CNTRL|24). But, when I select it, the "Offline" status goes
dark and then a dialog comes up says:

"Error configuring CNTRL|24 Personality" and it doesn't connect.

I can see the cable carrier is lighting up....

Is there a firmware upgrade or something that is required with 10?

Help is much appreciated...

I should add the Control 24 has been in storage for over a year.
Perhaps a Sys Reset is in order?

Per my other post .. turned out it was the bundle file. .. all is well.
