iLok - "Server Unavailable"
 
Having the same ilok server unavailable problem right now....anyone else?

Just tried to login but getting a Invalid Credentials error for some resson :confused:

Edit // Tried to reset one of our passwords and of course I get a user error. Zzzzz

Something is very wrong right now

no way to log in Ilok and get any support.

this is what happens when I try to open PT

Pro Tools Perpetual could not be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software.

Yes, and I tried on multiple systems. iLok License Manager not logging in with "iLok server currently unavailable".
One of our PT systems also doesn't want to start up and hangs on scanning plugins. Trying to find which (probably cloud) plugin makes it hang.
Something is not right at iLok right now.

It is also impossible to submit a support ticket. Could someone knock on the iLok manager's door ? I mean, the Pace's manager's door...

I've sent an email to [email protected], which was an address I had from a 2010 correspondence. I don't know if somebody at iLok is reading it, but you can't launch a support ticket, because you need to log in...which of course is not possible...

btw local licenses on a hardware iLok still work, but the cloud licenses don't.
