12.7 Plug-Ins
 

I just downloaded 12.7 versions as follows:-

Focusrite_Bundle_12.7_Mac
moogerfooger_Bundle_12.7_Mac
Reel_Tape_Suite_12.7_Mac
Smack_12.7_Mac
Tel-Ray_Variable_Delay_12.7_Mac

Space & Eleven MK II are missing as noted.

Hopefully I won't be jumping the gun by installing? Let's see :D

Some of these were from december 2016 and I know from PluginUpdate that there is already 12.8 versions of some of them - BUT - is there any differences/improvements? X-form seems just as sloooooow and the graphics have not been touched up either... So, just compatibility fixes?

So I have some questions about the 12.7 plugins update and also if some are designated 12.8 plugin updates.

I am running PT 12.4 because it's more stable for me than newer versions. Will the 12.7 plugs work with 12.4?

And also:
I let my HD subscription lapse on March 31st 2017 due to the multitude of issues with Protools these days and the lack of new features for HD users. I was still current at 12.7.1. Since these plugins are being released after my subscription expired will they still be available to me since they are designated a 12.7 version plugin? Are plugins subject to your subscription being in an active status like Protools itself?

Its odd you would be under an NDA preventing you from expressing what updates occurred in released software. This is usually simply detailed in a changelog. Is there going to be a changelog for this release, or any official details AT ALL? My guess is the updates are mostly licensing and/or SDK related?

They were qualified with 12.7/12.7.1, but there are no known issues with 12.4.
If you own these they should be available via my.avid.com/products and Application Manager. You can download the installers from the specific plug-in pages if needed, and can find these by searching avid.com for the plug-in name(s).
